Since purchasing the building quite a lot of internal work has been completed and is still ongoing. There was quite a bit to do given the state that building had fallen into. The owners have been very busy in more or less rebuilding the interior, replacing old wiring and heating, re-plumbing and removing/rebuilding interior features, such as the fireplace.
